Surveying for a residential subdivision in Stawell Victoria

We have 2 separate residential properties in Stawell and would like to subdivide both. They are typical house blocks, each a little over 50m x a little over 20m (about 1015m2 each). One site (14 Brown St, Stawell) has rear access so it would be subdivided through the middle.
The other site (54 Barnes St, Stawell) does not have rear access so there would be a driveway to the rear subdivision.
Would you please quote on surveying and pegging the land, and submitting the plan to the Northern Grampians Shire Council using SPEAR.
