For each of these houses we require the following:
a. building outline, materials and floor levels (ground floor)
b. building outline, materials and floor levels (first floor - where applicable)
c. eaves overhangs including gutters
d. ridge heights
e. roof falls and material
f. window awnings
g. fence heights and materials
h. locate any windows and doors facing the subject site
i. trees, street signs, light and electricity poles, kerbs, roads, footpaths, ROW
j. locate any veranda's, sheds, porch's or out buildings
Please ensure the survey is to AMG and AHD and is submitted in AutoCad (2009 and earlier), PDF formats and 2 hardcopies.
