Boundary is 45.26 metres long. The fence has blown down during a recent storm and this brought to light that the neighbours retaining wall is collapsing. Before they fix the retaining building approval plans have indicated that the boundary is in the incorrect position. The neighbours are responsible for the retaining but we would like them to ensure it is in the correct position before they commence. We would like a quote for repegging the single boundary. It does have access.
