·Diagrams of roof pitch of adjoining buildings
·Details of buildings and vehicular access across street.

·Details of adjoining privacy types issues and over viewing.
·Solar traverse.
·Streetscape description.
Title Re-establishment:
· Re-establishment of title boundaries on site.
· Preparing a plan of re-establishment that shows the relationship between title
and the position of fencing.
· Information supplied in hard copy and Auto cad format.
Three (3) Lot Subdivision :
· Plan of subdivision preparation.
· Preparation of planning report and relevant plans for council submission.
· Liaison with council’s town planner.
· Assessing any additional information request by council
· Assessment of planning permits conditions.
· Liaison with council & referral authorities for certification & statement of compliance of the plan of subdivision.
· Preparation of abstract of field records and surveyors report for registration at the titles office.
