Land Surveyor to conduct a residential subdivision process on our behalf

  On a current 400sq.m residential lot in the City of Yarra, we have a primary dwelling and a secondary dwelling (stable to be converted) for which we have been granted a Planning Permit (PLN16/00798) to develop. This job is to involve the Surveyor, on our behalf, to do what is required to obtain a Certified Plan of Subdivision, a Statement of Compliance, and subsequent lodgement at Land Victoria. The surveyor will also provide advice that we might need to include in builder specifications regarding the provision of services to the secondary dwelling where it is intended to become an independent dwelling on it's own title.
