Hi,
I have approved town planning permit to build 6 new townhouses/units in the backyard of existing house in Keilor Downs. However, I am looking to subdivide the land before construction. I wants all 7 units (1 existing + 6 new) on seperate title so that if I decide to sale the land individual I can.
Hence, I require a surveyor to prepare for the subdivision and do require paper work for me.
