Background:
The block of land is 400 square meters and it has a house with extension at the back leaving around 150square meters of land which I plan to develop.
I would need the complete modular costs to for services from when you step on site to taking plans through the council and preparing draft drawings.
Also include the time frames of the processes. There are currently no encumbrances on the block.
