Scope: Removal of dilapidated brick wall and wooden fence that encase the apartment bin storage and the courtyards of the ground floor apartments. Construction of a new 1800mm wooden (pine) fence to encase both the bin store and the courtyards. This fence has a lower (1200mm) extension to protect the water mains, and to show the street number. Two existing dirt footpaths, each leading to the ground floor courtyards, will be replaced with pine decking to prevent tripping hazards.
Landscaping: Replacement of all existing vegetation at front and side of site, except for noted trees of significance. New garden beds to be installed where required. Reticulation to be installed, with automatic timer.
