Could you please email me a comprehensive price to subdivide our land at 21 Parkers Rd, PARKDALE, 3195.
I have side by side two story townhouses (Duplex) 21A & 21B which are recognised with the City of Kingston( I receive two rate notices).
They have been completed for just over one year now, I require the land subdivided with all government authorities (Land Titles, etc) that will require the land known as two separate properties-21A & 21B Parkers Road, Parkdale, Vic, 3195, so I can sell them in the future.
