Hi,
I need a survey done on a block of land that I have purchased in Kinglake.
I believe it’s a feature survey that I require (contours, title boundaries, landscape etc)?
There has recently been a title boundary survey done and the markers and pegs are in place so hopefully this will save on the costs but I’d still need the documentation with the measurements etc. One thing that I am aware of is that the neighbours fence encroaches on out title by approx. 2m at a length of approx. 50m so I would need an official and exact computation of the area.
The property is located at 33A Robertson Road Kinglake and the land size is 2798 m2.
Can you please provide me a quote to do this?
