Survey report to be done - A minimum 60m radius that covers 2 houses each side of own property including 5 across the road 5 and at the back of the property.
This is what is required:
· Search survey information for permanent survey marks in area with Australian Height Datum (A.H.D.)
· Provide Temporary Bench Mark (TBM) on site and transfer A.H.D. level to surveyed TBM and overall survey
· Spot levels and contours (0.2m) across the subject site
· Locate the existing building footprint with ridge/gutter heights and floor levels, where possible
· Existing vegetation within the subject area with the spread and trunk and height details
· Locate visible above ground infrastructure services, street furniture, crossings, paths & kerbing, centre of road levels
· Location & Setbacks to surrounding adjacent properties in subject area including;
· Habitable windows facing subject site within 9m
· Ridge and gutter levels, where possible § Wall heights if relevant
· Major adjoining trees and vegetation
· Preparation of Site Description plan including all information mentioned above.
· Provide 2D AutoCad (.dwg) file
· Provide PDF file
