Boundry and topographic survey of front of block only

ED requested 3 quotes from Land Surveyors in Bridgewater

  3) Please provide a survey (site) plan to prove the proposed retaining walls (retrospective) are entirely within the subject land.
4) A section and elevations drawings prepared by land surveyor detailing the bottom and top of wall heights and the natural and finished surface levels of the land.
5) An amended Site Plan that shows:
a) Dimensions of all the site boundaries and distance of proposal to boundaries
b) The location of easements (if any)
c) Details of the maximum level of excavation and/or fill associated with the development (please provide a civil plan and a detailed survey plan)
d) The location of:
• The crossover/access point to the property
• Driveways & manoeuvring areas
• Provisions made for onsite parking
6) Elevation plan (minimum scale of 1:200) reflecting all elevations of the proposed deck and footbridge. Please dimension the maximum height above the natural ground level.
7) Dimensioned floor/deck plan (minimum scale of 1:100) of the deck and footbridge.
8) Contour plan detailing excavation fill, finished bench levels and finished floor levels. Please show surface water management. How is stormwater to be directed away from the gabion walls and/or around the dwelling? Please show the finished surface levels of the car parking area and driveway.
