Recently had all hips & ridges repointed following a small leak after heavy rain last March. Roofer who did job suspected that was the cause of the leak. Last fornight we had another heavy rain... Recently had all hips & ridges repointed following a small leak after heavy rain last March. Roofer who did job suspected that was the cause of the leak. Last fornight we had another heavy rain and discovered that leak is still there, so repointing hasn't fixed it. When I go into attic, I can see water seeping through the sarking. I have very flat profile tiles. I need a quality roofer to find & fix the leak. I am suspecting either i) broken water course on a tile or ii) nail fixing the batten to truss has been skewed and has pierced the sarking at an angle allowing water to penetrate. iii) no weep holes.

This morning the hot water was still cold and upon checking the fuse box, noticed the safety switch was in the off position and when I tried to reset it, it kept tripping out. The unit is a 125ltr Aquamax approx 2-3 yrs old. PS. I've just checked the safety switch again and it hasn't switched off for approx.15min but would still like someone to check it over also also is it normal that after 4 x 3min showers the hot water goes cold? Thanks in advance.
