Originally the house was transported from Murrumbeena and relocated to Langwarrin in 1965. Since buying the property in 1989, I have done two rennovations, one in 1995 and the second in 2011. The renovated extensions are fine, it's just the original house is suffering from subsidence at the front. There are some internal cracking occurring in the walls about where the old house line finished and the new extension area starts.

Hi, I need a quote to complete three tasks: 1) When the toilet upstairs is flushed water fountains up from the refill mechanism, hits the underside of the button and lid, umbrellas outward down the inside of the lid and then pours out down the outside of the tank. seems like an internal seal in the flusher needs to be replaced. 2) replace a tap washer in the laundry : needs to be very tight to avoid dripping. 3) check the kitchen mixer tap (which developed a leak for a few months, but for some reason has stopped again.) We have security screens on the outside of two bedrooms in a unit in Lyneham. We want them removed as if there is a fire at the front of the unit people are trapped. It is 1st floor and easily... It is 1st floor and easily accessible with a ladder. I think they have just been pop riveted on. It is not a big job. 15min probably in total to remove the screens. I think the rivets can just be drilled out.
