A third sub meter and sub board is required for supply to an existing granny flat. Solar is to be connected to the primary electrical board and feed the sub-boards and grid. This project requires outside of box thinking. We require the installation of the electrical boards, the rewiring of existing circuits, install of new circuits and fittings (including stoves, HWS, GP0's) and arrange of swing from builders pole to house while minimizing disruption to existing tenants in auxiliary flat. Will require a team including apprentices to ensure turnaround is fast and cost effective
