It was found heavily full of rocks and debris. In heavily rain water cannot escape freely, and will build up pressure. Downpipe at rear of property (as per photo) is found to have cracked. It is also found to be installed incorrectly and needs to be rolled back into the wall of property. Hand dig and expose stormwater drainage install 3x surface drains throughout the property. Jet wash/hydro jet stormwater drainage Around property and remove all debris. Suc on pump will be needed to remove rocks from stormwater drains on le hand side.
