Machine made loud banging sound prior to final spin cycle beginning. When spinning, was extra noisy and I could see water splashing around inside at the front door - ie. not draining out for a while. When the cycle finished, the laundry had dirty smears all over it, like as though water perhaps wasn't able to drain properly due to a blockage in the hose and backwash from the blockage came into the machine and dirtied up the laundry? On googling, it sounds like the shock absorbers need replacing. I could see while the machine was spinning that the drum was moving around more than usual and after emptying the drum, I can bounce it around easily with my hand. Second hand machine, has run perfectly for 3 years I've had it. Previous owner had a young family and was using it daily. Not sure of age but would assume more than 10 years old.
