Called Foxtel technician to move a wall plate downstairs and install. Connection upstairs. After saying it’s easy and he will run it where the free to ur cable is, he then said no it’s too hard... Foxtel has now decided what he says is law and refuse to send anyone else out. Only solution is to rely on internet and stream it upstairs which I would have done in the first place if that is what I wantedor contact a private technician for this “job that can’t be done”. Knowing we have just moved 3 streets away and had 2 connections upstairs installed. Do you offer a solution?
