One of the windows is also coming apart from the bottom beam which is starting to sag, and the glass is also sagging a little, I just need a carpenter to a: - shave both windows on one side so that I wont have that closing problem and b:- one window also needs to be repaired or the bottom wooden beam replaced. Both windows can be dismantled from inside the house, so no need for scaffolding or ladders I think.
