So approx 20cm of wood panelling needs to be removed and bricks beneath it need attention and wood panelling then needs to be replaced. 4. Fix/ replace a door handle. 5. There is a small leak on the roof and it need to be repaired. Then a small patch of the ceiling where water has seeped needs painting. The flat roof is on a double storey building. 6. Remove and replace one tile.
