We therefore require the services of a licensed electrician in order to run a conduit in the roof cavity to liven the phone socket, so that it is moved to the location which is my mother's preferred location. Council noticed there was no permit granted for that and they want me to take it off. However, I've put it up for overlooking issues, not for fun. I'm aiming to scale the shade sail down, probably bring it lower and reinforce if and where required and minimise works and material.
