Unfortunately the company that did the deinstall-reinstall of the panels has recently gone bust. I believe the most likely problem is a $20 blown fuse, so you may want to come armed with a 10mm X 38mm 16A Ultra Rapid (Semiconductor) If the job is too small to be worthwhile, I can add 2 or 3 GPO installs in the house.
