There is access from the driveway through a carport, paved patio and deck area that run along the fenceline (~18m from driveway to trees). Clearance around the base of the palm tree is limited, it is right next to a fence, a shed and the deck.

The subsidence has been addressed and the walls need to be removed, and either rebuilt with brick or replaced with cladding/render or another material (I'm open to suggestions). Ideally I need the work completed in two stages - the first being initial removal of the walls, which will allow direct access to the underfloor space to address issues with the stumps caused by the subsidence rectification (this will take a couple of days), and the second being replacement of the wall.
