I think we have a blocked drain out the back of the house. It's about a meter out from the external wall and runs parallel to the house for a good 5 or so meters. It shows up by the grey stones... It shows up by the grey stones around the house appearing wet in that area. It also appears to dry up a bit and then get worse again. However, none of the drains (bathroom sink, shower, toilet) inside at that end appear to block up. There is a bathroom sink that gets slow from time to time at the other end though. I'm looking for someone to come out, take a look and let me know what the problem is and what we need to do to fix it.

It is a navy blue faux leather base, arms and surround with a patterned navy fabric section for the main seating area and some white detailing. I'd say it's a fairly complex structure. I'd also be willing to understand what a quote would be to use alternate materials or colours, if an original restoration is not possible or too expensive.
