Hi, We have a step in our driveway which needs removing. It is wasting space. A decent jack would be needed as under the pavers is sold concrete. A builder who was doing some renos drilled into it. There is no services inside the concrete to my knowledge but of course best to check before letting the jack rip. There is a small water pipe and vent at the end of the step but that is plain to see. step would be about 2.3m long x 20cm deep. suspect a couple hours would be needed in order to leave it nice and neat. I will attached 4 pictures which will help.
