Would like the cable neatly attached to the wall as it runs down (in some flexible conduit). Total length from aerial to point in wall would only be around 5-6 meters. Can provide photo of the aerial / wall. (3) Need a hanging light fixture extended. Would probably need the existing socket lowered, or a new 'extension' light socket cord created. (4) Lastly, there is a light switch to an outdoor floodlight that when turned on, trips the fuse. Would like it fixed or permanently disabled.
