I thought I'd send email so that if someone tries to get back to me after 2.30 by phone and I don't pick up, they could text or email with estimate/charges details and service appointment options (i can be available tomorrow/Wednesday or Friday - Thursday after 2pm at a pinch. The sooner the better (have a freezer full if food that's defrosting!!). It may just be something as simple as a seal. I'll leave it with you; thanks in advance. Much appreciated

We're not looking for something too sophisticated (and we don't have a lot of money for this) but we need about 100 of them for all the kids. In the past (when we've cut them manually) we've used 7mm thick plywood in large sheets of 2.4. x 1.2m. The swords look like the attached and are 51.5cms long, 5.4 cm wide and have a separate glued on "cross handle piece" thats 5cm wide (the handle itself comes out to be about 11cm). We'd need these swords either late this week or beginning of next as I'm travelling next week and we need it for a fair in the weekend.
