We are looking to construct a new house and have a section of land to be excavated outside the builder's agreement. As the lot is currently vacant ready for construction, we believe it would be better to do this now rather than waiting for after the builder completes their work. I estimate that there will be around 10m3 of soil to be redistributed/dug out, with at least half of the above to be removed from site. There are also some concrete that may require removal from site (TBC). Work will need to be completed later this week and while easy access is available, contractor will need to take care to ensure that no setout pegs are disturbed.
