The property has tenants and I (owner) currently live in Melbourne. Property is also in Wife's name and as such work is not a tax deduction, so price is a consideration just as much as the longevity and quality of the solution. As i'm not physically present, please don't quote if you think you require 'full payment up front' as I will need some validation (from Tenant and photos) to be comfortable the work has been completed.
