As i'm not physically present, please don't quote if you think you require 'full payment up front' as I will need some validation (from Tenant and photos) to be comfortable the work has been completed. There is significantly more work that than to be done at the property for retaining walls as well, so the successful bid will be first preference for the (much costlier) other structural retaining work.
