need a written budget quote asap. we can chat on the phone about this. i have an ensuite that I need to strip and renew. ie all tiles, vanity, shower screen. 1. please itemise separately on... need a written budget quote asap. we can chat on the phone about this. i have an ensuite that I need to strip and renew. ie all tiles, vanity, shower screen. 1. please itemise separately on quote to strip existing so that I can choose if I do that or ask you to do that part. 2. it has traditional floor tiles, ceramic medium sized mozaics that are drummy in some places so they will come up easily. 3. shower has traditional hob and screen with the 3 panel sliding door. 1150mm x 900mm approx. we can get a new one of these fitted ourselves but feel free to itemise on quote if happy to do that. nothing special, maybe allow $1000 we thought we would find something good enough. 4. we found a 1500mm long vanity (same size as existing) we can supply for this job but if you itemise it on your quote for $1400 we can point you to it and add the cost to your fee. 5. we need a mirror over the vanity, same length but around 800mm high or whatever is standard. size 6. repaint the walls and ceiling when done 7. need all waterproofing done to code before any retiling etc is undertaken 8. need new taps, shower rose etc for shower and vanity, nothing super expensive just something from Farley's around middle of the range that will not leak in 6 months. 9. need new toilet. allow approx. $300 nothing too flash floor tiles can be nice but not over the top ceramic allow around $70 m2 max. wall tiles can go to about 1600mm high all around or a nice height that will get you to the bottom of the window and above the vanity just covered by bottom of mirror. allow max $75 m2 for wall tiles, we can show you what we want but for budget quote this should save you some time working it all out. if keen give e a yell and I hope you can drop by one day this week or on weekend for 5 mins to see the existing. ps- I also have a bathroom that requires same thing. it is 2000 x 3000, so I need a budget quote for that as a separate item. only difference is this one has a bath that we will keep but you will need to allow for the tiles to go around it of course.
