I am planning a paved area running along the back wall of my unit. Running through this wall are a water shut off valve and a garden tap. The paving will be raised approximately 150mm higher... The paving will be raised approximately 150mm higher against the wall, meaning the tap will be unusable and the valve will be further under ground. Refer to photos. What I would like done: 1) Redo shut off valve, moving it further up the wall above paver level.Hopefully done reusing the existing gap in brickwork. A right angled valve would be ideal if they exist. 2) Seal up garden tap. 3) Add new garden tap on different wall. There is already a water pipe there for the hot water system, so perhaps this can be reworked to accommodate both needs. Other info: - Access under the house is available via a smallish plug in the floor. - The unit is one of 6 on the block. I assume that changing the shut off valve will require turning of the block's water for a period. I will email the other residents to arrange a suitable time for this to be done. Could I please get - quote for labor, anticipated materials. - availability next week. Thanks
