Attached is the landscape plans which shows you all the areas that need concreting (basically all the selected paving areas) which also includes the alfresco area. I've also included an attachment on the site plan which the size of the crossover that needs to get built. In terms of concrete finish, I was thinking exposed aggregate for front area only and from the sides of each units to all the way the back I was thinking either stencilled or coloured concrete so looking for quote on both options. Also at the end I'd like all of the concrete (except crossover obviously) sealed. This job will be ready to go around February so looking to get some quotes now so I can lock someone away.
