As a result, the bathroom ceiling above the shower has flaked and peeled somewhat (not bad). This needs to be stripped back. I've bought a mould resistant paint for it. Kitchen There were a couple of areas that were peeling. I have spack-filled them but they will need sanding and painting. Windowsills Two windowsills need preparing and painting. The apartment has been painted in the usual Antique White (I will check if it is USA) so if you have some of that, it might be worth bringing. I am happy to pay cash for a discount. You can also do it at night if you prefer. The place is empty. For someone who knows what they are doing, I reckon there is 2 hours work in this. I want to get this done ASAP so that it can be open for inspections in early Jan.
