I think the architrave needs to be replaced as the wood appears to have rotted. Not sure if part of window frame also needs replacement. Window is only about 8 years old (installed as part of renovation) - flashing may not have been installed properly the first time around. As part of this work, we would also like to install a more ornate timber external frame around this window. The other leaking window is in the stairwell. Water seems to run down the length of the window and comes out from under the architrave. not sure if any architrave or window frame needs replacement. If so, this should be part of this job.

The meterbox is already live, so it would be helpful to have an electrician to assist, as I would like the existing meterbox to be lowered and moved towards the front boundary (as far as the existing cables will allow). I can send through pictures of what is currently there and what I am thinking of. I am looking for a pillar that is about 1.5 bricks deep x 4.5 bricks wide x 23 courses high. I want the pillar to be cement rendered - colour = Monument (Colourbond colour). The pillar will be next to the driveway as close to the front boundary as possible.
