Attached is the landscape plans which shows you all the areas that need concreting (basically all the selected paving areas) which also includes the alfresco area. I've also included an attachment on the site plan which the size of the new double crossover that needs to get built. In terms of concrete finish, I was thinking exposed aggregate for front area only and from the sides of each units to all the way the back I was thinking either stamped/slated concrete or coloured concrete so looking for quote on both options. Also at the end I'd like all of the concrete (except crossover obviously) sealed. I can supply a copy of the A1 Plans which has all the 1.1 exact dimensions and I already have the Crossover Permit. I believe the total amount needed comes in at 80m2 for the Exposed Aggregate and 208m2 for the Stamped/Slate concrete.
