Repairs include, removal and installation of electric oven & range hood (electrician), mould removal in bathroom, broken window, sanding & polishing of damaged timber floors, repairs to damaged cupboards, cleaning of the ducted heating system vents, repairs to a gas heater and repainting of the entire house. Please let me know what your procedure is for arranging quotes and if each one can be itemised as we may not repair everything at once (depending on the cost). Thank you
