In the recent windy storm one of the windows on this building broke. It's a steel casement window on the third level. Will need a cherry picker from what I'm told as the windows need to be replaced... In the recent windy storm one of the windows on this building broke. There are also other windows at the property that I would like fixed while the cherry picker is there. Some of these will be able to be reached via a veranda. It's a couple of hours work. I just want someone to do what's required, who is reliable and will get the job done. No stuffing around waiting for quotes or broken promises thanks. The broken window is an insurance claim and when I advised the insurer that the cost will be $1200 they were fine with that. So that's the ball park. I am sure you will need to come and have a look at it.
