Previous owners had installed plastic cladding on the exterior which has been removed and the broken/rotten weatherboards have been replaced. There are a few leftover nails from the plastic cladding that can be punched in and filled. There is a lot of flaking of the paint around the windows but paint is generally in fair condition. Roof has recently been "restored" and new plinth put on after stumping work was done (treated pine plinth). We would like to repaint the house (walls, plinth boards, windows and eaves/gutters) to sell in the near future. Owner is yet to decide on paint colour exactly, but will be done once a suitable contractor is found. Will be a light colour, with dark windows (probably Hog Bristle (Dulux) with Woodland Grey (Colorbond) type of colour range. Quote is for prep and paint works. No major carpentry should be required.
