Some clumps are still held together by some commonly-used wood lattice work (it's brittle and can be snapped by hand). The rear of the property can be accessed through a laneway and rear garage. Our preference is a weekend. We also have 3 small armchairs to optionally dispose of. If your plan can easily fit them too then that'd be a great bonus.
