The current set-up is two gates, but I want to discuss the possibility of a fixed fence for half of the fence, and a hinged gate for the other half (rather than two gates). I just want treated pine rather than cypress pine - need to save on costs. There is currently a twin set of iron posts that you can use as the outer frame to support the wooden elements. Part of job includes taking away and disposing of the old gates.
