Its a 3 bedroom villa unit with about 7 doors and 3 double wardrobe doors. A very bad one coat job was done with water based paint over old oil paint. It either looks very bad and/or top layer... Skirting boards and window frames probably have same issue but are a bit less noticeable so depending on cost and what it involves, I might just concentrate on doors.
