Our toilet refills very slowly and makes a humming sound as it refills. I have replaced the inlet valve which did not fix the problem. I have checked the inlet hose and wall tap and they are fine.... Our toilet refills very slowly and makes a humming sound as it refills. I have replaced the inlet valve which did not fix the problem. I have checked the inlet hose and wall tap and they are fine. The only way to get the toilet to refill at the correct speed is to turn off the wall tap and turn it back on quickly, the inlet valve then kicks open and the toilet refills correctly. Perhaps our water pressure is too low? I need someone who can solve this tricky problem.

The mulch would need to be suitable to create a safe playing surface, surrounding equipment such as monkey bars, swings and a fort. The area to cover is approx 70 squares. Our location is in a court so I'm wondering if access will be an issue for your truck. Have a look at googlemaps / google earth to determine if access would be possible.
