The frame for which our front door locks into needs replacing as it was too thin and the hole for the lock broke. As a result the security door cannot be locked. We would also like the glass... Once the frame has been replaced we will need new holes dug into the frame so both the front door and security door can be locked. It is a struggle to lock the front door also since the hole for the lock is not exactly aligned. We also need to have the bottom of the sliding door in our front door entrance to be trimmed as we recently had floating floor laid and the sliding door doesn't slide over the cover between floating floor and carpet.

The existing window frame is going to be removed and the hole will require finishing and rendering to match the new window. There is also a very small touch up job to be done on another window - just tidy up a strip of rendering above the window. We would like the finish to be colour matched to the existing walls. Photos are available, or you are welcome to come to site to inspect. We would like this work done as soon as possible as we need finished measurements in order to order windows.
