It will involve lowering the floor where the shower is so that it is recessed slightly for flow, building a 3.5m stud wall with a cavity sliding door inset, roughing in & installing plumbing for a toilet, basin & shower (potentially a small standalone hot water service if too difficult to connect to existing house hot water).
