The only thing that may interfere could be the false ceiling, not a lot of space between concrete slab above. I'm guessing about 10 metres from point to point. New cable run for new power socket - This will be the same cable run as Air Con red line, but will terminate behind the TV. New double power point required. New Down lights - Green circles. I have 4 new lights pictured but have decided to only have 3 new down lights. A new cupboard will be built where you see red and white chairs to the right of the pic attached. 3 new downlights required.
