The tenant continues to report the same problem and the handyman has advised the following: " It will need a roof plumber to replace the gutters.The gutters have had it. I cut a hole in the bottom to stop the water overflowing into the kitchen window.The gutters are also flowing in the wrong directions causing them to back up and overflow. When we get these big storms the gutters just can't cope." - Please quote to replace gutters - And/or find the source of the leak (if not the gutters) and rectify.
