The sewer line is broken at the boundary trap which is 2-3 feet below ground level at the front of the house, under the driveway. While there is an inspection pit there will be some digging... It appears that customer-side pipe has popped out of its connection and dropped by about 2 inches as soil below sewer line has eroded away.
