In one section 3 or 4 posts have rotted away at bottom and they are loose and need to be replaced , I've braced fence so it doesn't fall. The others section, approx 4m has come loose and is leaning on an angle, it's only being held up by ivy. The condition of the whole fence 33m is generally bad. Second quote would be remove and replace entire fence. Ideally cost would be halved and each owner invoiced seperatly .

Hi, We are installing an above ground pool and separate above ground spa and need concrete foundation's under both and then surrounding area concreted, staged over probably 2-3 different pours... Hi, We are installing an above ground pool and separate above ground spa and need concrete foundation's under both and then surrounding area concreted, staged over probably 2-3 different pours to allow delivery of pool and spa. For the above ground Spa we have engineer's drawings for a suspended slab 2.3m x 2.4m, 150mm double re-enforced F82. It requires concrete footings, brick piers then 150mm slab suspended on piers. I can organise a bricklayer if you can't do the brickwork. Engineer's drawings provided, we also have approval for round footings 600mm x 600mm. For the above ground pool we need a slab 2.5m x 5.45m, 150mm thick double F82 re-enforcement, 900mm (d) x 400mm (w) x 2500mm (l) edge beam From my calculations we also need approximately 70 sq Mtr’s of 100mm concrete, F72 re-enforcement. This will go around the Pool slab and under the spa foundations and then area to the house, approximately 48 Sq Mtr. There is also a separate area near our shed approximately 22 Sq Mtr. We have 3 meter wide access into the area so shouldn't need to pump the concrete?. I am available to meet on site just give me a call to organsie a time. Regards, Justin.
