TV does not turn off completely, rather the screen just goes blank for a second or two, and then resumes. -Random buzzing coming from computer, followed by them turning off as not getting enough power. -Sometimes can hear vacuum motor fluctuate, as if it's not getting enough power. Unfortunately these events appear to be random, even the TV issue is not constant.
